R/R: Work is SO busy.  Like way busier than normal.  And the weather is getting nice.  I just want to be outside!

R/R: treated myself for completing my first week back in the office with a decent wendy's breakfast complete with a big ol frosty ccino cold brew - mmmm! Meanwhile, working out how to schedule HIO this weekend without letting MH catch on that I'm scheduling it so wish me luck lol

CS/Q: has anyone had issues with the premom app incorrectly reading its own strips? There have been a couple days when the test line is a little darker than other times but the app has continued to read at the same level. I've controlled for camera angle and room lighting.

@ReadyForaB oops! Looks like I was writing while you posted! I feel you on wanting to just be outside. The weather here has been on and off spring/winter and I am very ready for it to be warm enough to enjoy on the daily

@chgilmore lol; I think the same whenever I'm starting the threads because I'm in SF!

WAYDTGKU: this is our IVF prep cycle; doing some residual testing for MH (ASA and cap function test) and also figuring out where we'll do IVF: stay local or go to AZ b/c it's 30% cheaper. In the meanwhile, giving this cycle the last hurrah in case MHs sperm gets it together so: HIO, OPKs, BBT, lots and lots and lots of vitamins and supplements for both of us.

R/R: feeling really happy having made the decision to move on to IVF. The most comforting thing is that we don't think we waited too long to make the decision; we feel that we've given everything less invasive a proper chance, and now have a specific enough a diagnosis to properly inform our IVF cycle (which will likely include using HGH for egg quality and possibly also activation with calcium ionophore). 

CS/Q: 2 lowly dots for now; temp still pretty high for this time in the cycle, but I expect it will drop overnight

@chgilmore regarding the questions on Premom reading the strips, I never found the camera to be precise enough to trust it. I would usually go and adjust it manually. At the end of the day, no camera is a good as your own eye.

R/R: the weather is absolute perfection - woke up to 55, breezy, birds chirping. so peaceful. 

CS/Q: welp, another high reading on the CBAD. i'm going to move over to the TWW as of tomorrow b/c who knows what my body is doing currently?!

@acleverusername fx for the last hurrah, but I'm also glad to hear it sounds like you have a clear path forward and are feeling confident or assured in your decision. On premom, I can't trust my own eyes too much because of my colorblindness, but I think I'm getting the hang of it maybe? The included color card or whatever is helpful as well. I'm also using CBAD again to help me feel more sure! 

@anniemarie887 that weather sounds divine! I got something like 7 or 8 days of high with CBAD last time I used it before getting peak so hopefully it gives you something soon! Are you using backup opks too?

@anniemarie887 my last natural cycle (February), I used CBAD and I had 9 days of High readings before getting a Peak on the 10th day. The weather wherever you are sounds heavenly; thought I can't complain since it's between 50-60 degrees all winter in SF. (And also all summer.)

I've only been using CBAD for a few cycles but I've consistently had 9 days of high readings before peak on the 10th.

@acleverusername I am a paralegal. Mostly transactional/some litigation. We have a trial coming up. I have been in this line of work for almost eight years between two different employers and have never gone to trial. So it’s a tad hectic. I can’t wait for the month to be over.

@chgilmore @notacleverusername @fifilala516 so interesting, appreciate all of the real life feedback so much. I guess I’ll try again tomorrow morning. Sadly MH is out of town tomorrow and all weekend, so I think we screwed this one up. Ugh.
