Gut feeling about baby birth!!

I am 38 weeks pregnant with breech baby. I tried ECV, spinning babies etc but the baby didn’t turn to head down position. Doctors suggested to plan the date for c section. It is now scheduled to 14th April. However, I am still unable to believe and accept the fact that I will deliver baby via a c section. My gut feeling says that I will deliver baby normally and the baby will be healthy and fine. Did anyone had such feeling and did it turn out to be true?
