    Upcoming appointments: 4/14

How are you feeling?: all I can eat are instant mashed potatoes. It’s gross.

    Rants/Raves:

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 7w2d (I accidentally gave myself an extra day yesterday on STM+ check in)

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: lemonhead candy

    Upcoming appointments: Thursday

    How are you feeling?: 🤢

    Rants/Raves:

Questions: When is it socially acceptable to use the expectant mother parking?? Super tempted at my son’s drop off for preschool, but all the other moms have big bumps.

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? I’m always right on time. I try to be an early person, but something always gets in my way. I hate being late.

I think as soon as you feel like sharing your news you should be able to use a parking spot!

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 6w by LMP but I know I ovulated late so I’m not that far along but the dr will still probably use that so I’m goin to too

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: well it depends on the app...a pea, a jelly bean, a blueberry, a lentil

Upcoming appointments: ultrasound on the 7th (I’ll be 7w3d)

How are you feeling?: tired and hungry (until I eat 2 bites and then I’m full, rinse and repeat all day)

    Rants/Raves:

    Questions:

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? I’m on time unless it involves my fiancé then for some reason we are always 5 minutes late no matter how early I get him moving.

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 7 weeks

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: blueberry

Upcoming appointments: I won't have an appointment until I will be 10 weeks and 5 days. It sounds like such a long time still.

How are you feeling?: Pretty good

Rants/Raves: Does anyone else get extra accident prone when they're pregnant? I definitely have noticed this in past pregnancies and it seems to be already happening this time.

    Questions:

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? Neither, I'm usually pretty much exactly on time.

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 8+4 (Nov 4th)

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: raspberry I think?

Upcoming appointments: Just had my dating u/s on Friday. Next one is Maternity 21 scan on April 15 eek

How are you feeling?: Nauseated and tired, although the B6+unisom combo really does seem to help

Rants/Raves: I just want to nap all the time lol

    Questions:

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? A few minutes early or right on time. I've tried to make myself late when meeting up with other mom friends though because otherwise I end up having to kill like 20 minutes, which is not ideal when entertaining a toddler

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 5+2

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a peppercorn or appleseed

    Upcoming appointments: 4/8

How are you feeling?: Feel pretty good. Symptoms come in waves. I've been getting migraines like every 3-5 days which isn't cool and I'm terrified to take anything as this is our only embryo we had to transfer I'm not risking anything! boobs are killing me today, but I don't feel like a mack truck hit me, so got to look at the positives.

Rants/Raves: ALL these IVF meds SUCK! I've heard prednisone can mask some early pregnancy symptoms, which when you already have 2 losses under your belt, makes you questions every time a symptom goes away.

    Questions: none right now

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? early! i was taught if you are on time you are late, so I notoriously get everywhere 20-30 mins early.

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 7 wks + 5d

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: raspberry

Upcoming appointments: first U/S this coming Thursday 😬

How are you feeling?: Exhausted, nauseous (morning sickness is happening more often in the evenings 🤢), and suuuuuper sore boobs.

Rants/Raves: I want to sleep all the time BUT can’t fall asleep 🙃

Questions: First time “momma to be” here, any recommendations on good pregnancy/baby books? TIA!

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? Im typically perfectly on time, not early or late!

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 6+0

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: according to TB a sweet pea

    Upcoming appointments: none yet.

How are you feeling?: nausea started to set in a few days ago. I’m 100% over it. I block this part out during each pregnancy

Rants/Raves: not really. Just complaining about my nausea like most of people here

Questions: I read that with each baby the nausea gets worse, has anyone else found this to be true?

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? Early. I can’t stand being late to anything. I’ll have a full on panic attack (definitely not healthy).

  • @Starynightsky24 I've actually read the opposite. With my first pregnancy, I only felt slightly queasy when I had an empty stomach, and this time around, I do think it's even less than that (at least so far).

    Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 8w+1d

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: Raspberry

Upcoming appointments: Tomorrow! But it's just a virtual screening with a nurse so I won't learn anything yet.

How are you feeling?: Been feeling pretty good for the most part except for what I think is some RLP when I sneeze or move funny. Crazy how much more quickly those things start in the second pregnancy vs the first.

Rants/Raves: I'm excited to finally have a prenatal appointment even if I won't learn anything about how things are going. In the absence of many symptoms, having an appointment makes it all feel more real.

    Questions:

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? I'm usually late and I feel bad about it. But at least if it looks like I'm going to be late, I'll try to communicate that ASAP to whoever may be waiting for me.

  • @Starynightsky24 @amostpeculiarmlle I read the same as Stary, that it gets worse with each pregnancy. Anecdotally, my sister thought so, she didn't have any bad symptoms with her 1st but she had her 6th last year and she said it was the worst yet lol

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 8weeks+1 day

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a raspberry

Upcoming appointments: April 6th to be seen in person

How are you feeling?: absolutely fine. No symptoms except maybe tiredness and a short temper

Rants/Raves: I am getting more excited about this, and am hoping I will feel safe enough to tell my brother and his family this weekend

    Questions: none for now

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? Always late, it’s awful. And then I like to get “mad” at people who are even later than me, because come on, I was already late and now you’re VERY late 😉

    marbellieStarynightsky24cdbaldwin09
  • Anecdotally,  every one of my pregnancies was different symptom wise. Some I was insanely nauseated, others it was more manageable.  This one has been the most manageable, while my losses had the strongest symptoms 🤷‍♀️

I'm in the camp that every pregnancy is just different. Symptom strength doesn't really mean anything, and it doesn't necessarily get worse the more pregnancies you have.

I liked the Mayo Clinic pregnancy/baby books during my last pregnancies. "Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy" is the title of the first one and there's a baby one too for later.

  • Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 8 weeks 4 days

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: The phone icon on your iPhone

Upcoming appointments: First official OB appointment on 4/7

How are you feeling?: Now that I have some Phenergan I am able to get some sleep and get ahead of the vomiting. I feel almost human again!

Rants/Raves: I graduated from my RE today!! So excited to get to move on to normal OB appointments

    Questions: None at this time

GTKY: Are you usually early or late? Always early - sometimes awkwardly early. I'll sit in the parking lot until it seems like an acceptable time to go inside, like 15 minutes before an appointment or gathering

  • @KNB1027 congratulations on graduating from RE!! That’s exciting.
  • @marbellie and @amostpeculiarmlle interesting! It sounds like it likely has nothing to do with it then.

Interesting fact: Cariad (pre-birth nickname) is the size of the dried lavender blossom. My favorite herb!

Upcoming appointments: 4/19 with OB. Hopefully a dating ultrasound too.

How are you feeling: my nipples are on fire! Beyond that, not much. So far this is my easiest pregnancy.

Rants/Raves: I switched antidepressants a few weeks ago and I'm finally feeling more like myself

Questions: it's already being talked about. I'm nervous because this pregnancy is the easiest yet. This is the only time I haven't felt like death warmed over on the day of my missed period.

GTKY: I'm mostly on time for work. Everything else I'm late.
