Is 40 just too old to do this all again?

Hi! My daughter will be 3 in May. I had always wanted to have a second baby but COVID put us on hold. Now I am vaccinated and ready to move forward with our FET, our first was conceived with IVF, but my husband feels too old at this point. 

He thinks the list of negatives of having another child outweighs the positive. 

Can you help me to convince him otherwise? I don’t want him to resent me and the future child should we move forward but I also don’t want to be broken hearted that we never tried to give our daughter a sibling.
