Trying to Get Pregnant

Hello

I just wanted to make a quick introduction post. I am 33 years old, I have been married for almost 11 years. Moat of that time we were NTNP. When we did start, we ran into some troubles. I have PCOS, so it's making things harder. After about a year I needed a break. Well we have decided to give it another try. My hope is that everything were are/might be trying, will work. I have lots of questions...so I'm hoping to find some answers on here...Good luck everyone

Re: Hello

  • Welcome!  Have you been seen by a doctor for an official diagnosis / evaluation?  That is a long time to be NTNP / actively trying and not have a BFP. (((hugs)))

Are you tracking your cycles with a BBT?  You will find lots of support if you jump right into the daily threads (WTO - waiting to ovulate, and TWW - from three days past ovulation until you get your period or a positive test).

There used to be a more centralized Intro / Newbie thread, but the traffic is so low right now, I don't think anyone has bothered to start it for a while.  Glad to see a new face here!  Welcome!

DH and I have been married 5+ years and have two doggies. :) Who are a pain, but of course we love them. 😊 Best of luck to you, and again Welcome!  There is also a thread for charting questions if you have anything specific you may want to ask there.

  • Hi @deaf_girl ! I just posted the newbie/intros thread mentioned above, so please feel free to post your intro there to make sure everyone sees it! There's also a link to the rules post for the forum in there.
  • @fantasyflyte I did see a doctor and was diagnosed with PCOS, and she said that was why it was and probably will take so long. Not I don't use BBT even though I probably should, I could never get the hang of it, so I just track my cycles with FF.
