Implantation bleeding?

My last period was 1/25/21. 

Yesterday, 2/18/21 I noticed a small amount of pinkish red spotting when I wiped. It’s still here today, and I put a maxi pad on, but is only when I wipe. 

Could this be implantation bleeding? I’ve never had this with my other pregnancies. I google it and it says it won’t be red. This started 5 days before my next period... due 2/22/21. My breasts are still sore, I have been stuffy in the mornings and have bad headaches. 

Anyone can help me figure this out?

Wait a couple days and take a pregnancy test. Implantation bleeding can only be confirmed in hindsight. Also, it’s actually against the rules to ask if you could be pregnant on here. And even if it wasn’t, anything anyone tells you would be pure guessing.
