Genuine business idea: create a "forum" website where people ask questions about whether they are pregnant, and then just have bots automatically respond with versions of "Congrats girl! You are definitely pregnant". Wait is that literally what [weird acronym website] is?
@bumblebee0210 Did you see my comment on the peggy post before the post was taken down? Cause other forum is definitely similar to that, or at least it was a few years ago when I checked it out. It was definitely a lot of pee sticks and people being like "I'm on CD 25. My cycles are usually like 34 days long. But I woke up this morning and my tongue is swollen and itchy. Do you think I'm PG?" And legit a bunch of women (before the post slides down to anonymity because it can't be freaking found in the sea of pee sticks and dumb one-off posts) are all "YOUR EGGO IS PREGGO!!!!!" and stupid shyte like that.
Also, anyone else ever get worried when they take the posts down... like, "awww crap... 'reevalutes what I said' was any of it bad enough to get a warning?" aka, how touchy are TBGs today????

@bumblebee0210 it's definitely not just that site...sometimes I go on similar sites/apps and look at "faint lines" threads for fun (don't ask, I think it's entertaining because they have some drama occasionally) and every one of them is a stark white test and everyone responds "yaas girl, it's positive" and that gif that @fameonmain2 posted 😂 I kinda feel bad for these women, because they're really getting their hopes up when people tell them their clearly negative test is positive. And so many are testing like 5-7 DPO and man, sex ed really failed us in high school. I just want to give everyone a copy of TCOYF.

@stormageddon-darklordofall yeah it's the bromelain. Which I believe is more concentrated in the core and that's why they recommend that over the other flesh of the fruit. I may have also seen there are bromelain pills? But the jury is out on that too.

Yeah... just be careful y'all cause I think (it's been a lot time since this was discussed a LOT on the TTCAL board) it's supposed to help around O, but too much of it once you're actually PG (I think?) can be bad and cause contractions or something? So, just moderation? LOL.

@stormageddon-darklordofall I think you might be right from what I've read back in my days of going through IVF and the FET. I can't think of anything else specifically that you should definitely stop taking once you O or get a positive HPT. I think most stuff doesn't show any real benefit so they just recommend no longer taking it because why bother.

@stormageddon-darklordofall yeah you're supposed to eat a bunch of pineapple (again, the core) to help induce labor or soften the cervix, something like that.
ETA: I'm not sure it's possible to overdose though since pineapple is super acidic and starts burning your mouth/lips and kinda hurts your stomach after a while 😂

RPL, Receptiva, & ERA testing | all normal/negative, recommended going on gluten and dairy free diet for next FET
FET #2 | 3.31.20 | Opted to cancelled due to pandemic, continued diet and tried naturally over the summer
2nd Opinion with another RE | 8.20.20 | Not immune to measles (received 1 dose); SA results similar to 2 years ago; decided to move forward with FET #2 redo at start of next cycle

ETA: I'm not sure it's possible to overdose though since pineapple is super acidic and starts burning your mouth/lips and kinda hurts your stomach after a while 😂
