    Jumping in here for accountability.

What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Continuing to focus on moving my body 5-6 days a week. I’ve gained a bit of weight from doing IVF and it is not cute.

How's everything going? Just ok. I’ve been dragging myself out to take daily walks. They’re always really enjoyable once I get going, but it’s a Herculean effort to peel myself off the couch to get out there.

What has you motivated or struggling this week? I’m motivated to keep moving because I actually squeezed in 5 days of exercise last week. Yesterday I went for a neighborhood walk and then did fertility yoga when I got back. It felt great! I need to remind myself of that energized feeling when I’m being lazy and don’t want to get started.

@keikilove at least you have decent weather for walks! I've got highs in the single digits this week by me haha. I'm not going out walking in that! :D I'm not sure you've seen this tip before, but great tip for helping develop a habit is to anchor it to a current habit you have. For example, your anchor could be as simple as "it's the end of the work day". So work day ends, you go for a walk as the next thing you do before you end up plopped down on the couch. Maybe even a notification reminder on your phone could help.

What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Yoga every day, getting up from my desk twice a day besides lunch

How's everything going? yoga is still going strong! Today will be day 33 (or day 3 of the next 30 day challenge my friend and I are doing). I think I've done a decent job getting away from my desk most days. Half the time it's because my eyes hurt and I can't get focused enough to work on things.

What has you motivated or struggling this week? I was struggling a little with having good form in yoga towards the end of the first 30 days so I'm motivated to focus more on that being at the beginning of another 30 day challenge.
