Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: Baby boy is about 5lb 5oz as of our 32 week growth scan
Upcoming appointments: Feb 11 for 34 week check up
How are you feeling?: Still very sore. It seems to be getting worse every day, and harder to move and do basic daily tasks 🤦♀️ But I'm also excited that our family will be complete in less than 7 weeks.
Rants/Raves: Not really a rant or rave but I'd be fine if this boy decided to come a little early before my scheduled c section. The doctor estimates he will weigh 9-10lbs and I can't imagine how my body will feel at that point lol.
Questions: Not really
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? -A home of our own on a small piece of land, newer vehicles, and completely pay off our debts 😊
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 33w4d - EDD 18 March C/S scheduled for March 12th!

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: His palm is the size of a reese's cup
Upcoming appointments: not till the 26th! Seems like a long time to go between at this point 🤔
How are you feeling?: see rant 😑
Rants/Raves: Rant: still leaking... it was becoming less frequent and I thought it might even stop... then the weekend hit and yesterday was as bad as the 1st day... I know it's not amnio (I've gotten checked twice), but I just don't see how this can be normal. Baby is good though, kicking up a storm. 🤷♀️

Upcoming appointments: All done...
How are you feeling?: Nervous, excited, every emotion you can think of...Praying these baby girls will have no issues with sugar, weight, temp regulation, breathing issues, jaundice and that they both nurse as good as my other three kiddos!
Rants/Raves: This pregnancy flew by!
Questions:
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? Purchase 100+ acres with a clean river source running through it, build our dream home and live off the land and invest whatever is left to sustain us. It's always been a dream of mine!
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: A Tickle Me Elmo doll - DS randomly started to carry his around recently and has been calling it his baby, so this feels really real --and getting me right in the feels.
Upcoming appointments: Supposed to be tomorrow but we're in the middle of a snow storm, so we'll see.
How are you feeling?: Huge, tired, huge...
Rants/Raves: I was super tired and achy last week, overall just felt like crap and turns out I gained like 3lbs in one week. I bet the kiddo went through a big growth spurt last week and took all my nutrients, making me more lethargic and run down than usual. My energy levels are finally ok enough to get back to nesting but man, getting on the floor to play with DS is next to impossible now lol
Questions:
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? I'd buy my mom a house, pay off our house and set up trusts for the kiddos. Not a purchase, but I'd IMMEDIATELY quit my job lol

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a carton of one dozen eggs
Upcoming appointments: had my last growth u/s today, midwife appointment next week. I think I move to every 2 weeks at that point as we’re running out of time haha, I’ve still been going every 4 weeks otherwise.
How are you feeling?: overall decent. I oscillate between forgetting I’m pregnant to having random stabs of pain or discomfort to remind me that I am, indeed, almost 9 months pregnant.
Rants/Raves: house hunting is frustrating me even though logically I know we haven’t been at it very long.
Questions: is anyone doing an elective c section, either as their first or following a vaginal delivery for previous kids? I keep toying with the idea as DD1s birth was really stressful and kind of traumatic because she got stuck, and given that she got stuck due to my pelvic bone narrowing, I’m worried about the same thing happening with this one.
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? A house! See my rant haha. The house we want exists, it’s just outside of our price range due to our ridiculously inflated real estate market.
How are you feeling?: over it. Baby's butt is wedged in my left rib and then I get kicked in the right rib. Sitting seems to make things worse and I end up with terrible rib and upper back pain. I am just tired of feeling like I am constantly in some kind of pain.
Rants/Raves: I accidently doubled our mortgage payment. I put the amount in for the regular payment and then again in the line for extra payment towards principal and hit sumbit without even noticing. Not the end of the world, but I'm really just annoyed with myself and I'm tired.
I had an appointment with my midwife first thing this morning and then had to drive an hour to a bigger hospital to see a MFM doc. They did another ultrasound and basically said the bpd measurement is big, but there isn't anything "to do" about it and it probably isn't anythimg. The drive had my back killing me and I just feel like it was a waste of time.
Questions:
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases?
Well I wouldn't have a mortgage to accidentally overpay! I would sell this place and live abroad for part of the year. I'd live comfortably off the interest.
@finnflan@duhduhduck Thank you so much! Just tucked all three of my kids in bed, finished packing and put the bags in the car...we have to be there at 5:30am. It definitely hit me tonight...(I may have shed a tear or two because it’s a lot to take in still.) 🙃
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: 3/7 35 weeks 2 days, induction date March 2.
FTM/STM/STM+: FTM
Team Green/Pink/Blue/Finding Out: pink!
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: pineapple. I really love this because we did IVF to get here and the mascot of the IVF community is the pineapple.
Upcoming appointments: next week we start 2 fetal Non-stress Tests and one ob visit each week. Also have the final growth scan next week.
How are you feeling?: Done sharing my body.
Rants/Raves: Rant: cats are getting more and more needy and literally all over me at night, the carpenter hasn't come by and finished the nursery yet, and I have a new boss mere weeks before maternity leave. Rave: that new boss is going to bat for me with human resources about accumulated leave time. Apparently I've almost maxed out what you can save up for the year and they're getting nasty about letting me continue to save it for a few more weeks. If I use any of it, I won't have enough for maternity leave.
Questions: WTF... That's all.
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? A house with land and then we'd renovate this whole house we are in for future rental since we already have a rental unit upstairs. Pay off student loan debts. Pay off cars. Invest.
Estimated Due Date/Weeks + Days: April 16, with planned pre term delivery at 37w, 29w4d (This feels weird)
FTM/STM/STM+: 4TM
Team Green/Pink/Blue/Finding Out: PINK!
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: Gizmo
Upcoming appointments: MFM 2/8, 30w OB 2/10
How are you feeling?: Honestly, a little in shock and not really sure what to think or feel. I knew IUGR was a possibility given my age, high blood pressure, and the closeness of my pregnancies, I just thought it would be like last time, and I'd blow thru. I knew 35w was the goal, but I wasn't expecting it to become so real. I joked about delivering the day before my birthday (36w6d)so I'd be 43. I didn't think it could actually happen, and now if I'm lucky, I'll be delivering ON my birthday.
Rants/Raves: Not at the moment.
Questions: Do yall mind me joining so late in the game?
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? Set up a trust for each child for college (Grad school for my 24yo). Then, buy a chunk of property, build a house, and sell this one.
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a carton of a dozen eggs
Upcoming appointments: next week, although I'm realizing I have a work conflict. I don't know how I manage to keep doing that, hopefully I can reschedule one or the other
How are you feeling?: Tired and over everything! lol

Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: Small chihuahua haha
Upcoming appointments: 2/4 - Going weekly now due to higher risk
How are you feeling?: I was released from the hospital Saturday after constant contractions started Wednesday. It was such a crazy week. I am still having pretty much constant Braxton Hicks contractions, but no cervix change so I'm very thankful. Other then that just sore and uncomfortable.
Rants/Raves: My rave is my little guy is doing just fine and has decided to keep baking.
Questions:
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? I would pay off all my debt and any my loved ones owe. Then I'd buy a house for my mom anywhere she wanted and completely furnish it. After that I'd also buy a house, car, etc.
@kloe818 Thank you 💜 Over the span of 2 out 3 days I was there they gave me the shot 5 times to stop the contractions, and it would not work. They ended up giving me the steroid shots for his lungs and a 24 hour Magnesium IV to help and protect him as well, so that makes me feel better if he does decide to be a Feb baby. Little cookie needs to keep baking though. Lol
Hi ladies! Update for you... C-section went beautifully! Babies did not need any assistance and were nursing immediately after in recovery! We have had five blood sugar checks with one more left so far they’ve passed them all! Giving them all my colostrum and supplementing a little extra with donor milk. My heart is so full and I feel extremely blessed tonight! 💜💜
@manillabar Feeling great! My c-section was at 7:30...got out of the OR & recovery by 10am. Sore but I was up walking and had them remove my foley catheter by 3pm. Spent the entire day nursing the babies every two hours...so let’s say I started at 1pm and they finished at 2pm...I would start the process all over at 3pm (due to them needing sugar checks). Hoping to get out tomorrow as long as the girls pass all of their tests!
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: Baby is as tall as an Oscar statue (Side note: seems like an apropos comparison this time of year! But are the Oscars even happening? Were there any movies last year? What year is this??)
Upcoming appointments: Next week for 36 week appointment and growth check ultrasound. I've only been every 4 weeks so far and after that I'll start going every week - it's a big escalation but I guess we are reaching the endgame!
How are you feeling?: Very large and swollen, I haven't dared step on a scale because it just depresses me. My carpal tunnel is very uncomfortable and quite painful at times, but the available remedies (tylenol, wrist braces) aren't doing anything. I just need to get this baby out of me!
Rants/Raves: Rant(s) - we still haven't finished the nursery or figured out our postpartum family-helping-visiting policy. My mother-in-law does not believe in masks, I am not close to my dad's wife and have nothing in common with her, and my sister lives far away. Also, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WE ARE DOING Rave(s) - cute baby on the near horizon. Safe and comfortable home to live in. Generous (for the USA) maternity leave policy.
Questions:
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? I'd pay off my student loans immediately. They are such an albatross around my neck, so it is hard to think beyond that. I guess pay off our other debt (mainly just a mortgage) and immediate family's debt as well. Then buy a truck for my husband's home business and maybe start looking for a slightly bigger house. Take an overseas trip.
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: a pineapple
Upcoming appointments: 36 week appointment next week
How are you feeling?: sore, tired, and done!!
Rants/Raves: rave: finally booked an appointment with a different doctor from my practice. Finally got so fed up with the one I was seeing that I kind of went behind her back, switched doctors, and moved my appointment up by a week haha.
Rant: STRETCH MARKS. How is it that I got none in my first pregnancy and my belly is coooooovered with them this time around?? Definitely was not expecting that!!
Questions:
GTKY: The mega millions was nuts last week - if you won the lottery ($100MM+), what would be your first purchases? I’d pay off all our debt, buy our dream home, and probably head back to school for something random. I love post-secondary and really miss it!! I would be a constant student if I had the financial freedom to do so.
