What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Daily yoga, getting up from my work desk at least twice a day
How's everything going? daily yoga going good as always. Tonight is day 19 of 30. During the few times I actually get away from my desk for a decent break I realize how nice that feels so I decided I should make that a habit. I often suck at getting off my butt in the morning so if I don't get it in the morning, then I better take 2 breaks in the afternoon.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? It's so easy for my breaks to be scrolling FB or here on TB. I struggle getting off my chair! I have a puzzle behind me in the room that I should just work on a couple minutes every day. Or even better, I should go sit by DH in the other room.
What's a “win” that you have from last week? I can tell I'm feeling more flexible and stronger from yoga so yay!

@inthewoods23 well done for completing 19 of 30 days! That’s a really good idea to use your breaks to get up and walk around even for a minute or something that stimulates your mind in a healthier way (ie a puzzle) yay for flexibility!
What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? sticking with my workout routine and ww diet, and closing my rings on my Apple Watch
How's everything going? Really well! I did really good last week, worked out everyday and stuck to my ww points. But tuesdays are my weigh in day and while I’ve lost about 8lbs overall since the new year, this week I only lost 0.2 of a pound. I’m happy I didn’t put anything on but annoyed I didn’t really lose anything, especially after such a good week. Still proud of myself overall though
What has you motivated or struggling this week? DH is a motivator but not in a verbal way lol he is never really motivated to workout no matter how many times I nag him about the goals he’s set for himself but I’ve realized through the years that when I’m being more active, he starts being more active, without me even saying anything. I think he’s just inspired by it and/or it makes him feel lazy lol so if I keep going, I know he’ll keep going so he motivates me in that sense
What's a “win” that you have from last week? As mentioned above, I worked out and/or went for a hike/walk everyday and ate really well so even though the scale doesn’t reflect my hard work, I’m still really pleased with myself
