R/R: Well somehow AF showed yesterday on 11 DPO. That was the weirdest TWW. My LP is usually 12-13 days but this was only 10. I had zero creamy CM when I always have some (so of course I was irrationally hopeful). And then no cramping or any AF signs. I thought maybe it was just some random bleeding at first but it’s full force AF now so oh well. So strange. Anyway, I’m kind of glad that my RE appt got postponed (waiting for medical records) because now I want to mention that my last 6 LPs were 13,13,13,10,12,10 days. Before that it was almost always 12 with the occasional 13, never less. I know 10 days is still technically normal, but your LP is the one thing about TTC that’s supposed to be consistent!

@bows22 That is frustrating about your LP! It definitely is supposed to be more consistent than that. Have you been on progesterone before for that (or any other reason)?

R/R: WTF ovaries!? My only rant today is that I am still WTO. 

CS/Q: I think CD 17 will be my latest ever ovulation day, and that is if I actually do ovulate today. I had a strongly positive OPK yesterday morning, and EWCM all afternoon/evening, so I was confident O was going to be yesterday. Now I wake up to a very low temp, and still positive OPK. I think I have reached the point of imagining phantom O pain because I am ready for this to be done. I would love to be able to pee without any cups or strips involved...

@bows22 I had a short LP last cycle too! So strange. I assumed my body is still figuring itself out after BC or I got my O day wrong since my chart was a bit silly last month. It's so frustrating when even the consistent is inconsistent!

@fitzfizz FX you O today!! I hate LH strips so I feel your pain.

R/R: Does anyone else have to check their chart to figure out what CD it is or is that just me?  Anyways, still feeling in a bit of a funk but trying to push through it. I'm thankful I'll be able to stay home tomorrow. My district sent out a survey asking if we would like to be vaccinated if/when they get their hands on some vaccines yesterday, which of course I said ME ME ME! Nothing definite yet, but it made me hopeful for the not-so-distant future.

CS/Q: didn't put on my TD last night so no new temp today

@fitzfizz I haven’t ever been on it. I had 7 DPO testing done but I think it was actually earlier than that and it was just confirming that I ovulated, not testing my progesterone levels. When I temped I didn’t have an early temp drop or anything but that was some time ago so who knows. I hope you ovulated today and see the temp spike tomorrow!

@fameonmain2 I definitely have to check FF for my CD. It was nice that my DPO lined up with the calendar date this month but of course I only enjoyed that for 11 days. That’s exciting that the vaccine is somewhat on the horizon for you! I feel like it’s never going to get to me.

@fameonmain2 Literally have to check my chart before posting every day haha. I hope you get your vaccine soon! I feel like I have a superpower now having had it already. 

@bows22 I know progesterone supplementation is controversial, I was just curious if your OB/RE had ever recommended it in the past related to LP issues. I know this variability has got to be super annoying. I’m sorry.

@bows22 Sorry for the early arrival of AF.  That's frustrating.  I'd add it to your list of questions for your RE.  

@fitzfizz Fingers crossed you O soon!  I have longer cycles too (usually O on day 19/20/21) so I feel you on wanting it to be over!!!

@fameonmain2 totally have to check my apps to know what CD I'm on...or what day of the week it is, lol.  This month is easy because CD 1 was 1/1!

WAYDTGKU: OPKs, prenatals, CoQ10, DHEA, charting

R/R: Had the HSG and TVUS today.  It was more intense cramping than I expected in the moment but over very quickly.  Dr says everything looks good--I have plenty of follicles on both sides, tubes are both open, blood work looked great and DH's SA was good (the test for morphology is still pending, but counts and motility were good).  So we have unexplained infertility.  We have a consult via telehealth on the 25th to discuss our options and he seems to think I would respond well to treatments.  I'm getting hopeful that maybe we'd be able to try something with my next cycle in early Feb.  And until that happens, it's time for OPKs and almost my FW!  So we keep trying.

@quiltandknit I’m glad it wasn’t too bad! I’m sure unexplained is very frustrating, but I hope you can have some peace knowing there is no reason not to hope for now.

@quiltandknit glad all went well yesterday! And I’m glad you still have time to get some timing in before O! I remember being worried about that when I was going through testing and had to abstain for tests!
