I want to say "no" a whole lot more. I am always taking on more work both at work and outside of work either because I feel bad, or I feel like I need to prove myself, or some other nonsense. I ended up spending most of this year overwhelmed and now that I'm about to have two kids, I just really want to be smarter about the responsibilities I take on.

I would say just less screen time in general. I have app limits on my phone but I’m always disabling them. I could be a lot more productive if I wasn’t constant glued to my phone.
Ok - so I came up with a few changes for the new year but I wouldn't call them resolutions. They're more just new habits I'd like to incorporate into our daily life.
*wake up a half hour to an hour before the kiddo so I can get my bearings before the day begins (well at least for the next 2 months lol) *clear the dish rack/dishwasher first thing in the morning - this one sounds dumb but I think it starts my day less cluttered and with a clear mind. Kind of like making my bed first thing in the morning. *read for 20-30 min before bed, no screen time within 30 min of sleep
