Help Choosing Nursery Paint Colors

Painters are coming next week and I can't decide on nursery paint colors! Help!
Nursery has attached "Playroom" with low ceiling (which I want to paint walls & Ceiling also). Paint color must be Sherwin Williams brand.
My nursery crib bedding set is the Navy Blue and Pink Water Color Floral from JoJo Designs.
Would like two colors in the nursery room (one above and one below chair rail). For the playroom I'd like at least a light color on the ceiling and a color for the walls (but open to an accent wall, maybe?). Obviously, I want to colors to compliment each other.
I think I want to stay away from darker colors. But, I'm open to ALL suggestions. Thanks for any help! Feeling overwhelmed!
