Dinner? 12/26

What are you lovelies making for dinner this week? Nothing sounds good and I need to make a tentative plan for this coming week.

The only things I’ve come up with is Ragout and Lasagna Soup.

We made Zuppa Toscana in the instant pot yesterday with BLTs! So tasty!!

Its really good and can be tweaked for just about need/want.  We use 10-12 Roma tomatoes instead of the kind of tomatoes they have listed in the recipe.

We ended up adding about 2 cups of water to it after it cooked because it was a little thicker than we wanted. I just had a bowl for lunch and it's just as delicious as leftovers!

I just added tacos to my shopping list.  Unfortunately I’m in the same boat as @mrspants0809 and nothing sounds good. 

I made do Olive Gardens chicken and gnocchi soup this week.

im still on the struggle bus with keeping food down. We have a ton of food leftover from the holiday so I’m trying to use what I can for leftovers. Soup is the only thing that sounds good to me so I’ll be making ham and green bean soup with leftover ham and italian wedding soup with chicken meatballs.
