I had unprotected sex while on BP Medication

So I had unprotected sex while on blood pressure medication and a water pill I’m supposed to take for my High blood pressure it’s a Saturday so I probably can’t see my cardiologist to prescribe new BP medication safe for pregnancy maybe until Wednesday. Has this happened to anyone else?

Continue your meds, as normal, until you turns a test.  Unprotected sex does not necessarily mean pregnancy, and I don't see a doctor changing up your meds, just because you had unprotected sex.  Though, I could be wrong.  But if you are looking to get pregnant, it might be something to discuss for future planning?

Did you get a positive test...? When was this sex? Even if you were pregnant, it’s important to keep taking your BP meds, you’re on them for a reason. 

If you want to TTC, definitely talk to your dr about that and getting on a pregnancy safe med. If this is just a one-off thing, I wouldn’t worry about it. Unless you do end up pregnant.
