Pineapple, Pomegranate, Brazil Nuts?

There’s so many different foods / drinks I’ve read about m to try during / after an embryo transfer to supposedly help make it “stick.” Pineapple is the most common, but there’s also talk of a few Brazil nuts per day, and a 1/2 cup of pomegranate juice. Just wondering if anyone has tried any of these - or other natural “remedies” and actually got a BFP afterwards? Can’t hurt to try I guess!

for both of my successful transfers I did a pineapple (whole pineapple, cut into 5-6 slices, including the core, eat a slice a day from the day of transfer).
for the last transfer, I also did the "get McDonalds french fries" right after transfer   

But honestly, I think most of it is only for making yourself feel more involved in the process that you can't really control.

It's always good to look into why these food are recommended. I've pasted that info below. But I would agree with @FuzzyDust: the most important thing after a transfer is rest and relaxation and feeling good/related/peaceful. So, whatever helps you feel that way! 

Brazil nuts contain selenium, which is why it's recommended (it's good for fertility in general and every pre natal will have some selenium in it): 

Selenium. Research shows that selenium can promote healthy follicles in the ovaries, which develop and release the eggs. This antioxidant can also protect against birth defects and miscarriages caused by DNA damage. Women trying to conceive should not exceed more than 400mg of selenium a day.

Pomegranate has antioxidant properties:

The antioxidant properties of pomegranate can improve sperm quality, according to a 2014 study of 70 men published in PLOSOne, and have also been suggested to stimulate the uterus.

Pineapple core contains bromelain: 

Why pineapple may aid fertility: It contains bromelain, an anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulation (blood thinning) agent that, per a 2012 study, can impact the immune system. It may improve implantation by increasing blood flow to the uterus.
