What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Trying to balance both eating better and getting some exercise. I tend to focus on one or the other, so this week I’m trying to work on balance.
How's everything going? I ran only once last week, but I stuck to my diet.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I’m reading a book about healthy balanced eating that is helping with motivation.
What's a “win” that you have from last week? I only ran once, but it actually felt really good which doesn’t always happen!

What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? I need to focus on eating well. I have not done well with sticking to healthy choices or diet.
How's everything going? Ok. I got up early this morning and did a spin workout which is always a good start to my day.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? I need to stay motivated by the fact that a healthy body is necessary for ttc. Obviously this doesn't necessarily explain why we haven't been successful yet, but it's something that I can be in control of.
What's a “win” that you have from last week? I am totally caught up with work so I can't use that as an excuse for not cooking dinner or working out!
What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? No more than 1 cup of coffee each day, no wine until Saturday : )
How's everything going? I've been having trouble not making/getting a second cup of caffeine lately, so I'm trying really hard this week! Not having the extra sugar will be good for me, too.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? It'll be a busy work week which actually helps me. Hopefully it won't be stressful-busy, but just time-consuming busy. Those are the best, since I'd love this week to just fly by. I'm sort-of, basically on holiday break starting Saturday!
