Best stroller for baby #3?

I’m expecting my third in August. I’ll have a 2 year old and a 6 year old.  We live in a residential urban Neighborhood with brick and uneven sidewalks and walk a lot.  I loved the city mini and we also have a bob double jogging stroller which I’ll keep, but it’s huuuge.  We have a very old used sit n stand which is good except second child can’t nap and it doesn’t handle very well.
im thinking a joovy qool with the bench or an uppa baby vista with buggy board or a city select lux with board or bench seat.
my 5 year old who will be 6 can of coarse walk a long way and wouldn’t fit in a real seat but I think she’d like a board or bench.  She always wants a ride if her little brother is getting one and sometimes I just like to contain the kids.  

I need a new car seat but will probably get chicco keyfit again because I have adaptors.
