I'll start: last night, when I found out that my lining thickness was only 3.91mm this cycle, when my doc had me go ahead with IUI, MH was like "you have an appointment with them next Thursday, right? Why don't you ask the doctor then?" Seriously, dude... you think I can wait for 6 days to know why the heck they didn't give anything to thicken my lining? I somehow managed to politely reply that if I don't ask the doc today, this is ALL that I'm going to think about for the next 6 days. 

Today we continued this discussion and I'm like: you don't spend enough time doing your own independent research into this stuff, and you trust the doctor too much. He countered with I do too much independent research that it's taking a toll on my mental health. He's not wrong, but he forgets that I'm a project manager and that's how much brain works. I'm not sure there's anything I can do to stop being this way.

Literally a text between my bestie & me yesterday in the spoiler below. We lived in different states when I met MH, and she couldn’t come to our destination wedding. So when they finally met in person the next year they were excited and hit it off; I snapped a pic of them meeting to capture the historic event. Yesterday she came across it and sent it to me as a reminder of the sweet moment.

Adding: @acleverusername Also, YH’s response to wait till Thursday to talk to your doc is hilarious. Oh, does he not know that we women cannot possibly wait that long for answers??

MH’s sin yesterday was that his sweet self had spent 2 days urging me to lie in bed after work meetings since I’ve had this debilitating headache, and bringing me soup in bed. Then yesterday his tune changed and he was loudly complaining about how he’s the only one getting the house ready for the holidays and he’s the only one that cares about house projects, yada yada.🙄 My headache was still so bad I didn’t even respond. Dude, you can’t have it both ways!
