Growth Scan/Baby Measuring Small

I had my anatomy scan last week and everything looked good /normal I have also had and amino and that was fine as well . When I went to my ob she said my baby is measuring small and I needed to go for a growth scan in two weeks. I also had ivf to conceive , I feel confused and nervous. Did anyone have a similar situation ?

@knottie9de53586f555446e yes I have a similar situation. I’m currently 21 weeks with baby number 3 and they diagnosed something called inter uterine growth restriction, or IUGR. I also had this with my first pregnancy. Usually it means baby is measuring in the 10th percentile or smaller and might have trouble with growth development being on track during pregnancy. With DS1 they just monitored me closely and induced me at 37 weeks so they could better help him outside, but it depends on the circumstances and if baby is struggling inside much or not. 

This time around I am seeing an MFM specialist for a more advanced ultrasound as well but they will just probably monitor closely and do some extra tests like non stress tests, more frequent ultrasounds, and Doppler screening where they measure blood flow through the umbilical cord and check the placenta.
