Back fat & rolls ~ Oh My!

Hello, I haven't been on the boards for about 8 years.  This is my 3rd baby due in April, he is certainly a surprise for our family.  We had so much trouble getting pregnant with our first 2, we didn't expect him to show up when we are 40 years old at all!  So, here's to a new adventure 

My concern is the back fat below the bra line, it looks like a big squishy roll in my tops even with a cami on underneath my shirt.  Has anyone else experienced this and what can we do about it while pregnant?  What type of bra/cami/smoothing cami actually works to make me look better and feel better?  I'm already tired of buying new things but on a quest to find flattering maternity wear.
