Sudden drop of milk supply

Hey beautiful ladies , I had my baby girl on 3 November and have been breastfeeding her since day one. I give her formula bottle one in afternoon and once at night as have to take care of my 20 Month old boy as well. From last two days have observed a drop in my milk supply ( I noticed it during expressing). I used to express good 80-90 ml in 15 mins pump both sides but from two days I only get 20-30 . Any advices ladies as to what happeend or how can I get it back up?

Not sure what happened, as I don't think a few bottles would be enough that your body would think baby didn't need as much but you could try letting baby hang out on the breast and see if the sucking would encourage more supply. There are also some teas and lactation treats that are supposed to help. You can research what some of them are. Also, not sure if there's any science behind this but I've heard from a few sources that orange pop and hot chocolate will boost supply🤷🏼
