New here! (TW child mentioned)Implantation bleeding day before expected AF??

I need help, because google isn't helpful. 

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 13, so I've had this for almost 20 years now. It took a year and a half, and 3 rounds of clomid to have our first in 2015. We decided it's now or never for #2.

Hubs and I have been trying for over a year off and on, and hard and heavy since July for our 2nd. July ended in a kidney stone removal surgery the week of ovulation, August had no ovulation, September had the ovulation spike but ended in AF, October had no spike and medroxyprogesterone to start period which started October 29th. Clomid 150 day 5-8.  I had my day 21 blood draw last Wednesday (18th). According to the app, today is day 31 of my cycle, and  I was supposed to start today (now tomorrow) according to the Flo and Premom apps. Had a pad on last night just in case.

Woke up this morning and took a test first thing. The stick test showed negative, and the digital had an error 🙄. Now, tmi:  But I went to wipe, I had 2 blobs of cervical mucus come out, with one streak of red blood in each. I've had the mucus throughout the day, but none with the streak. I've had big chunks of clear/white cervical mucus. I've had this for the last week, my cervix has been high, very tight, and closed. (I know, cp and cm isn't a good indicator of anything) And in September when my progesterone levels were indicative of ovulation, it didn't do that this close to expected period. 

According to the premom app, I should have ovulated on or around the 15th (cycle day 18?)

Does anyone think it may be late show of implantation bleeding?
