Hey ladies, looking for some tips for battling morning sickness while wearing a mask! I am 6 weeks along so morning sickness is in full swing. I don't go out often but when I do the smell of my masks make me dry heave and so naseous. I have tried cloth, disposable. They all smell terrible. Any tips?

I always put 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil in mine after I wash them, you could choose your favorite scent.  Just make sure to let it air out for several hours because the EO will be strong.

How often do you wear a mask? This sounds awful. Suck on ginger candy?
