R/R: DH is being tested for COVID today. What we’re supposed to be my days off with no one around is turning in to quarantining and catering to my sick husband. I feel awful that he feels so bad, but I was really looking forward to some alone time.

CS/Q:  Today’s temp dip makes me want to stop temping.

R/R: I’m looking forward to this TWW going fast! Today is DH’s birthday, then we are doing a small Thanksgiving dinner with my parents and brother on Thursday, and then we are putting up all our Christmas decor over the weekend!! I also only have to come into the school today and tomorrow this week, then working from home on Wednesday. I’m in a great headspace right now and I’m totally loving it.

@runningoncookies You definitely sound like you're in a great headspace! I'm in the same boat re: working only today and tomorrow and omg I cannot wait for a break.

Testing: trying to hold off until AF due

R/R: I know I am only 5 DPO, but I'm going to try REALLY hard not to test this cycle until AF is due. I burned through 6 FRERs last cycle and I just cannot do that again. It was heartbreaking every time and they are just too damn expensive. Anyways, it was hard not to buy them at the grocery store yesterday when I saw they were on sale... 

CS/Q: will add later. Little temp drop today but yesterday's was a little artificially high, yesterday, since I took it late in the morning.

@fameonmain2 I just bought a bunch of wondfo tests off of Amazon. They are way cheaper than the FRERs at the store. Also, the Walmart cheapies work great too. They are typically 88 cents.

@fameonmain2 to add to what @emeraldcity1214 said, the important thing is the sensitivity level of the test; Wondfo early results on Amazon have 10mIU/ml, which is great; FRER's have 6.3mIU/ml, which is why they're so great at detecting very early pregnancy. But honestly, I think you should be fine with the Wondfo's.

@fameonmain2 from my experience with having my HCG tracked down to 0, both the Wondfos and FRERs sense way less than they claim. My FRER was still slightly positive when HCG was only 3. You could likely get a reliable positive on either at 10dpo. There's also been some issues with the FRERs with evaps so you'd be less likely to see a false positive if you get the positive Wondfo first.
