Anyone here with the condition Myasthenia Gravis (MG) and pregnant?

I got diagnosed with MG late 2016, had a thymectomy December 2017. After surgery, I wasn't the same, I became really unstable and in and out of the hospital during my 1st year of marriage. Fortunately, maintenance IVIG has kept me out of the hospital. Anyone have any experience with MG while pregnant? Whether it's good or bad, I would like to know so I am mentally prepared, can think quick, and prep my hubby. This is my 1st pregnancy and have my 1st appointment with maternal fetal medicine Monday. I may have to be on Lovonox for the duration of my pregnancy.
