Ages (you and SO): 31(me) & 34(him)

How many months have you been TTC?: 0 (this is #1), unless we chicken out and delay to December!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: My cycles are very regular, I use an app to track my period and sometimes notes like CM or other symptoms, but I don't temp (yet). I can guess ovulation pretty well based on CM and ovulation cramping. I've been taking prenatal vitamins since March (original plan was to try in September, but COVID delayed that). If we don't get KU the first cycle, I'll start temping for the next one.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) 1 child, 5yo. 1 dog, 13yo. I'm homeschooling our son for kindergarten (not very well I might add) and working full time at a small non-profit (also not very well atm). Timing for a pregnancy would be best if we waited to start trying next month in regards to work, but I'm having some anxiety about passing up a perfectly good cycle this month. Our first was conceived in the first month we tried, and though I have no reason to believe it would be that easy this time around, I have no reason to believe it won't be, right?

Welcome! And yes, hopefully this journey will be easy and short for you! I was timing TTC so it wouldn’t coincide with my graduation ceremony in May, but it looks like I’ve dodged that! 😂

Ages (you and SO): Me: 33 MH: 31.
How many months have you been TTC?: Since August, but one month AL.
What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Benched until after AF. I'm kitted out with OPKs, BBT.
Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.): We have two kiddos, no pets (though MH has been campaigning for a cat for a few years now and I'm starting to crack). I'm tucked away in Atlantic Canada. I love reading, sewing (crafting of all sorts, really), hiking, board games (except Monopoly), and DIY house projects.

I feel a little topsy-turvy getting back into TB, but I'm feeling (mostly) ready. So, hi!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?:  Benched until AF but starting to temp etc to see when that may be.

I have a 4.5 daughter and have had one loss Nov 9th. I was due on my 10 year wedding anniversary 😭
I love to sew and I'm finally starting back up on it after a break.

@pickle-chips Welcome! I’m so sorry for your recent loss. I hope our special little group here can help make this TTC ride feel a little less topsy-turvy for you soon.💕 P.S. I also love board games *except* Monopoly. I’ve never heard anyone else say this—love it! 

@baby-yoda1986 Welcome to you, and I am sorry for your loss as well. What a blow, especially when you had such a special due date. Hopefully you will be lucky again and get another perfect due date soon💗

Ages (you and SO): We are both turning 30 this winter.

How many months have you been TTC?: This is our first month. I went off the pill a few months ago and wanted to get used to my body again.

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: So far just tracking my cycle. Just ordered a basal thermometer.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I’m a pharmacy tech at a very busy grocery chain. In the past I’ve worked in day cares and nannied a little girl for 3 years. Excited and nervous about the whole process. It feels surreal to to be trying to get pregnant after a decade of the opposite.

@Aerialmrs Welcome! Hopefully your stay here is short but sweet. I love your attitude... anything is POSSIBLE! I definitely hear you on "letting a perfectly good cycle go to waste." I always struggle with that myself. 

@pickle-chips Hi! Fellow Canadian over here (who spent quite a few years living / studying in NL.) I am so sorry to hear about your loss. *sends virtual hugs of support* Hopefully you won't be here for too long, but we'll try to make your stay here as wonderful as possible. 

@baby_yoda1986 Welcome and I am so sorry to hear of you loss and how its timing would have been so sentimental. Hopefully our little community can offer you the support you need to get through this time; and hopefully you won't stay for too long. I'm currently living in SF, so on team #WestCoastBestCoast. 

@kaykayo19 Hopefully we can make this surreal, frustrating, joyous process somewhat more easy for you! And FX that you don't have to be around for too long.

Ages (you and SO): I'm 36 and he's 37

How many months have you been TTC?: 13/2 AL

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Right now I'm just taking note of my cf and using opk to time BD.  In the beginning I was tempting, opk, timing BD, everything I could.  After months of no BFP, we scaled way back.  Right now we are doing this thing where we abstain from sex at the beginning of my cycle to build up a mega sperm count for my fw, except that we're total failures at abstinence   Not gonna try that again. MH: "explain to me again how we're going to conceive by not having sex?"

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I live in the country on a little farm.  We have sheep, pigs, chickens, and a flock of geese.  Plus shop cats, a house dog, guinea pig, and fish tanks.  I like taking care of critters!  I homeschool my kids, manage the homestead, read lots of books, sew, and knit.

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Tracking my cycle, cm and cp.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We’ve got two boys (age 2.5 and almost 5) and a cat. I’m a part time dietitian at a behavioral health hospital. We’re currently building a house! I don’t really have a whole lot of hobbies rn besides reading and baking. I try to do crafts and have a lot of Pinterest fails. Trying to get the kiddos outside every day so we don’t all go crazy!

@Loxi Hi! I’m also a homeschooler. Not a COVID homeschooler but a traditional one. 😁 I have also had guinea pigs. They are great pets.

How many months have you been TTC?: Several years. 

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?:  We tried naturally for a long time unsuccessfully, both with temping and ovulation tests.  We went through a lot of diagnostic testing and worked with our REI on determining the next steps.  We are starting IUI + superovulation next week.  

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.)

No kids yet.  I’m really hoping we someday are successful!  I’m a technical lead for a team of web developers.  I love music, really enjoy baking, hiking and love spending time in nature.
