BFP or Trigger shot 13dpt 10dpo

Hi everyone,

This was my 3rd medicated cycle. This time took Letrozole, Prednisone, and 5,000iu trigger shot. Trigger was Oct. 29. I usually never take a pregnancy test unless my period is late. I broke down and took a test at 13dpt 10dpo and got a BFP with FMU. Could this be the trigger shot or legit bfp? I didn't test out of trigger and something just came over me to test because I assumed negative. Anyone else had a similar situation? TIA
