R/R: my husband woke me up at 5:45 and by the time I fell back to sleep I had to get up again. Also I’ve been having some tummy problems that has made sexy time pretty undesirable to me because I feel like I always have a stomach ache.

@peytonpedro Sub my cat for your husband and you have my morning. Only the cat woke me up at 3:30, and I had to get up at 5. Yet the little shit is currently snuggling on me like nothing happened...

WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs starting tomorrow, and EOD starting today. It’s go time.

R/R: It’s Friday and I have a 4 day weekend starting tomorrow! I just have to get through this day, and then happiness. We are doing a staycation. Booked a hotel room at this super cute hotel in a town half an hour away. Pretending that counts as a vacation haha

WAYDTGKU: OPKs, Tracking CM, Giving a new RE a call this month 

R/R: I finally took an OPK, it was very negative so hopefully I didn’t miss my surge already. I think that since when I usually start EOD/OPKs lined up with the election, it made my heart not really in it this month. I need to mentally focus on other things though so I’m finally going to reach out to the new RE today. I’ve kind of been procrastinating it because I wanted to talk to someone who wasn’t just like a scheduler to explain my situation but I was looking at their website and see an email option so I’m just going to go with that and hopefully get directed to the right place. Also on their website they talk about using BBT to confirm ovulation so it makes me really happy that they don’t brush that off.

R/R: It looks like we are getting closer to the end of the election, maybe? I’m copying and pasting my rant from late last night into the spoiler so you can skip if you want. It’s TTC related, but some may have read it already.

I’m frustrated. I reached out to my midwife team about running labs next cycle, just to get a baseline of what’s going on in my body. The initial response said “we don’t usually start labs until 6 months.” Well, month 6 starts November 10, with 6 full months on December 10, which will be well i to cycle 7. I responded with that timing and got a response from a different midwife saying, sure we can run CD3 labs, but “I also want to stress the importance of healthy diet, exercise, stress reduction, and not using lubricant.” Honey, I wouldn’t be reaching out for labs if there were things that I could change on my part. Like, I don’t allow lube or saliva at all when we are baby making, I literally changed my entire diet, gained weight so I wasn’t underweight anymore, and went back on meds and started therapy to help with my stress and anxiety. I’m out of things to change! I am living my healthiest life. 🙄🙄🙄
