Not sure of what days we’ll eat what, but I actually have a few meals planned for the week 🎉
- hot dogs and homemade macaroni and cheese that my children probably won’t eat because it’s not velveeta - tacos - pizza pasta casserole
I’m also going to try a baked doughnut recipe I found on Pinterest - it’s cinnamon sugar and looks tasty! I got a new doughnut pan last week I’m excited to try.
I'm not sure when exactly we will eat what, but I did manage to plan some meals this week. -hot dogs and macaroni -tacos -chicken and veggie stir fry -smoked turkey sausage with potatoes and vegetables sheet pan dinner
I'm attempting to make more meals at home since the nausea is improving, but still focusing on dinners with minimal effort because I am just wiped out after I get home from work.
I realized though that I only put 1 lb of hamburger on my shopping list, when I actually needed two - one for this recipe and one for the tacos. So I might be making this without the hamburger because I also really want tacos.
@eahayes I come here for the ideas. You would think with three kids I would meal plan to make it easier, but I just fly by the seat of my pants everyday .
I seem to plan for two weeks and then give up for another month or so. I've been making a big pot of chili on the weekends to get us through nights that i'm too lazy to cook. That was the extent of my planning this week.
Wow some of your meal plans are so impressive. We are working our way through the proteins in our freezer. Tonight is a very boring ground bison pasta sauce but I might make some butternut squash ravioli, too. Yesterday was hamburgers with mac n cheese. Tomorrow is pizza night
We have pork chops we need to use up and I think that's what I'm struggling with the most so any ideas are welcome.
