• How are you feeling?: Ok. More energy comes back every couple of days. Definitely not back to my old self but feel pretty good every 3rd day. 
• Rants/Raves: Rave that DH and I could both vote early so we can head upstate for a couple days of quiet celebration.

• Interesting Baby Fact / Baby is the size of: A clownfish.
• Upcoming appointments: None for a couple of weeks.
• How are you feeling?: Still nauseous pretty much all the time. Felt well enough to sit outside Saturday night for trick or treaters but wash couch bound most of Sunday.
• Rants/Raves: Annoyed with myself about voting. I had planned on early in person voting (usually not a thing here but there's an exception due to COVID) but I never felt well enough to go so now I have to go tomorrow and deal with whatever crazy lines there are. Hoping it's not too bad since I'm out of the city limits but we'll see! Planning on bringing a chair just in case and plenty of peppermints to keep me from feeling too awful. On the other hand, from what I've heard the early in person lines were insane too so sounds like I really should have just requested a mail in ballot and dropped it off. Oh well!
• Questions: Nope.
• GTKY: What is your favorite book? Not one single favorite but Harry Potter is my favorite series. I can read it over and over and never get tired of it.

• Upcoming appointments: OB checkup today! Hoping for another easy to find heartbeat on the Doppler 
• How are you feeling?: physically mostly good! Round ligament pain is starting for me, just at night, but it hasn’t been lasting too long. My mood is still terrible, I cry all the time, and I’m hungry all the time! 
• Rants/Raves: Rant... my NIPS test failed in the lab! They have evidence that blood thinners can compromise results but no one told me that. I’m just frustrated that my MFM of all people didn’t know. But then rave... the company Invitae who does the test is FedExing me a new test kit and sending a nurse to my house (!!!) for free (!!!) to do a redraw! I’m really impressed by their customer service. So I’ll just take a couple days off the blood thinners so that this time it’ll be accurate. Really bummed overall because I wanted the screen results as a sign we could start telling people. So now just more waiting. 
• Questions: Anyone in the process of interviewing doulas? Any tips? 
• GTKY: What is your favorite book? I love reading so much it’s hard to pick just one. I tend to reread the Giver, and I know it’s a kids’ book. I also love The Sound and the Fury by Faulkner and more recently a book called A Little Life.
