Yellow/orange toenails

I’ve never had a fungal infection in my toenails or fingernails. I have not painted my nails in months, but recently all of my toe nails have turned an orange/ yellow color. Any suggestions on what it could be? Or what I should do? I’ll be calling my OB, but if there is something I can do from home I’d much rather fix the problem myself if I’m able.
