Testing: BFN on FRER 3 days ago, AF expected today, I had to convince myself this morning not to waste an FRER

R/R: Work yesterday was truly awful. I hate that I have to pretend that I really want to help all of my patients, but sometimes you get one who is just a dick and you detest them. I wish we could fire patients but you really can’t unfortunately. Maybe today will be better, but the imminent arrival of AF says otherwise. 

CS/Q: Temp still not down below cover line

@fitzfizz I’m sorry yesterday sucked. 😢 I feel like every career gives you someone you just can’t stand. Makes working so hard!

Testing: Thursday, I have a therapy appointment that day so figured I could talk through my emotions

R/R: I think I have a UTI. 😭 So that sucks. It’s also DHs weekend so I’ll be WFH with him home. Hopefully I get stuff done. 🤣 I spent my afternoon yesterday painting my nails for photos we took yesterday so I need to get some work done today. 🙈

CS/Q: No more charting this cycle and it’s honestly so nice. 10/10 would recommend stopping temping after confirming o.

@fitzfizz I hope that today is a better day! People can be so terrible sometimes. 

@chindimples04 yuck, sorry for the UTI...I’ve only had one of this but it was absolutely no fun at all. Also, completely agreeing with you re: temping. I haven’t chatted at all this cycle since I was being monitored, and it was weird at first but honestly so much less stressful during the TWW when I tend to over analyze every single little dot.

Typical LP length: on progesterone so at least 14

Testing: Friday? Thursday? Who knows lol

R/R: It’s yet another rainy morning here. It has been just so gross and makes getting out of bed so darn difficult. I made some tea for the morning, which def helped brighten my mood a little bit. It’s the little things lol.

@fitzfizz fix for a better day! I’m a very part time receptionist at a vet hospital (I’ve been there nearly 10 years) and I hear you on firing clients/patients!! People really must not hear their tone or really just don’t care and it makes it difficult to care to help. Totally hear ya. 

@chindimples04 hopefully it’s not a uti! That’s miserable!!

R/R: wasn’t sure I would be in tww today, last night I had a little pink spotting and figured it was af. But this morning it has stopped so I guess I’ll hang in here. We watched Spotlight on Netflix last night which deserves a TW* and is pretty controversial but was done really well and we really liked it. It’s been on my watch list for a while and we finally got around to it.

Testing: DH made me agree to no testing. We will see if I hold out. 

R/R: I Have a dinner date with some friends. Our cases have been on the rise so I’m glad we picked a place in the valley because they won’t shut the valley down. Masks aren’t even required out there. Rant is that I’m suppose to be at the lake in a few hours to meet some friends and I will need to dig my snow pants out. I’m just hoping it stays in the upper 20’s with no wind. 🥶 

CS/Q:I was expecting a shift today. It looks good but I’m sure Tempdrop will adjust that temp down some tomorrow. I will be shocked if it doesn’t. Timing was surprisingly good considering DH’s work schedule.

@fitzfizz Sorry about the BFN. What kind of work do you do. 

@chindimples04 I wouldn’t be able to stop temping. I NEED to know what my temps are doing. I use a Tempdrop so I don’t have to worry about waking at a certain time. If I did, stopping may be more appealing to me. 😆

@runningoncookies Lots of rain definitely brings my mood down too. I’m glad your tea lifted it some. What kind of tea are you drinking? 

@paytonpedro Sorry about the BFN. Hopefully the spotting is a good sign and you get a BFP in a few days.

Timing: -5 (does that even count?), -3, -2, 0, maybe we will add +1 today but I'm not really feeling it

Testing: not unless AF is late

R/R: the dog was barking at a deer in the back yard at 3 am. I'm so glad I'm not temping this cycle because they would have been all over the place. We have another kitchen estimate today really just to get more than one quote but then I think we will move forward with the one we got last week.

@emeraldcity1214 yuck to snow pants! It was 18 degrees when I woke up and it’s just too early!
@krash_ I always count -5 when/if it happens. I can’t wait to see before/after a of your kitchen (if you’ll share with us!)

I am major symptom spotting today! 🤣 Backache and cramps have me think AF will arrive on time. But also, 7dpo could be implantation. And I can smell the ridiculous corn chips DH is eating in the other room, but do I normally smell that? Idk! 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️🤔🤪

@emeraldcity1214 enjoy your dinner date tonight! That sounds so nice! I go caffeine free during the TWW, so just some flavored rooibos tea, it was super super yummy though. Reminds me of a breakfast tea without the caffeine. 

@krash_ what a terrible way to wake up in the middle of the night! Good luck with your kitchen estimate!
