I have an 11/17 appointment. I pushed it back a week so that I was what I believe is 8 weeks. I just wanted it when I’d for sure see and hear a heartbeat (hopefully!!!). Last pregnancy I went in and my OB did an abdominal ultrasound and I saw and heard everything, but I’ve noticed most ppl get transvaginal during the first one.
I’ve got my first u/s and appt on Monday. It cannot get here soon enough. Based on O day, I’ll be 7w 6d! I won’t have a whole ton of pregnancy questions since I’ve been around the block a few times with all this, lol...BUT, it has been 4 years since my last BFP, so I’m sure something will come up.

2nd beta came back at 1261 from 577 on Monday so that's good news. My early ultrasound is scheduled for Nov 9. I'll be 7+2 then and will hopefully hear a nice strong hb. *TW* Last year I had a MC just shy of 10weeks and the first ultrasound was when things started to look bad. They couldn't get a consistent heartrate and it looked very low. I'll be very anxious for this appointment and right now partners are not allowed in the room so I'll be extra nervous. I'm going to email my favorite sonographer at the clinic and ask her to keep an eye out for me.

I had My first midwife appointment on the 15th. She ordered bloodwork which she said results came back, everything looks good and she’ll discuss details with me at my next appointment (next Thursday). I have my first ultrasound scheduled tomorrow. I’ll be 8 weeks. Looking forward to confirming everything is okay, and seeing the bean.
I just got off the phone with my PCP for my first apt! We booked in an in person apt for 2 weeks and I have blood work booked in for next week (appointments only right now). She also put in a request for an early ultrasound which is exciting to me since my pregnancy protocol was just 20 week anatomy scan so I’m hoping to get a call to get in soon for that one!
My OB's clinic called today to discuss a few things before my scheduled phone pregnancy consult with a nurse tomorrow. They are aware of the situation from my ultrasounds so they would like to delay the consult until after my next ultrasound that is on the 3rd. So that has been pushed back to the 6th.
The nurse was very nice and understanding to my feelings. She did ask if I had any major pain which I don't besides some pressure-like kind of cramping. Nothing is ringing alarm bells so it sounds like there's nothing to be worried about for the time being. She suggested calling my fertility clinic to see if they would do an HCG or progesterone check next week which I'm definitely going to do. I will call them tomorrow morning.
I've done the math twice now. Assuming a typical 28 day cycle in which ovulation/conception occurs on CD14, the earliest implantation would have been 5/6 days later. Based when I believe I actually ovulated and had implantation, there's a 5-6 day difference so me measuring a week behind would be completely on track for me. No idea if that's legit math, but it helps me feel less worried about what I'm measuring. And as long as it is progressing, even if it's slower than normal, it doesn't mean it's not going to lead to a THB right?

I have an ultrasound next Thursday. Strangely enough, the same day as my SIL’s zoom gender reveal. We haven’t announced yet and we said we would after the u/s but we are absolutely not going to do any thunder stealing. I’m not sure when we will, my HG makes it hard to hide, even from out of state family who we’re pretty good about FTing regularly. Oof. Anyway. Next Thursday.
My first mw appointment is 11/19. I get to meet one of the newer midwives since my bestie was booked until mid December.

@inthewoods23 ugh. Im sorry friend that your pregnancy consult with the nurse got pushed back to the 6th. I hope that comes fast for you. well im glad they dont think there is anything to be worried about right now. Having no major pain is definitely a good sign. No, it doesn't mean that its not going to lead to a THB. Every pregnancy is different and each fetus develops at different paces and stages and could all be considered normal. There are many things that could slow the growth of the baby. Hang in there girl. Sending you love and positive vibes ❤
@inthewoods23 Sorry your appointment got bumped. I like that they encouraged you to get your levels checked again next week. I think that will help ease some anxiety. Means one more ultrasound with your RE, which isn’t ideal, but at least you get to see baby again! Your math makes sense to me.
