December 2020 Moms

October Symptoms

I started this because I couldn't find an October thread..... hopefully that is ok.

I sprained my pubic symphysis joint this week. It is awful! Has anyone ever done this? / how long did it take to heal?

Also nausea has been awful for me lately. If I eat too much /too little/or too late. My stomach is being a diva. 

How are you guys doing?

  • Just today my groin muscles seem real sensitive. Feels Like just walking normal Will pull the muscle off

  • @autumn87654321 Be careful! That was how my felt before I sprained my pelvic joint. According to my OB all that relaxin hormone makes us more prone to injury right now.  I did it stepping out of the shower 🙄 So dumb lol

    yikes I hope it healed fast?  Was that recently or another pregnancy ? 
    Luckily it’s not bothering me today at work but I’ll definitely be extra careful!

    I feel like I’m always in pain. Hips hurt when I walk and sleep, I teach virtually so have to sit a lot and feel like I’m gonna pass out but walking too long make my feet hurt, constant rlp pains, and constant stomach pains which they say is acid reflux but it doesn’t burn. 

    Fun times. 
  • Overall good, but the lower back pain is getting unreal. My OB gave me referrals to a chiropractor and a pelvic floor PT. So now I’m seeing a Chiro 2x/week, and will be going to the PT weekly. Let’s hope it helps! That’s my biggest symptom complaint... a little irritable this week but I think I’m just tired and sleep is getting harder as I get bigger. :)
