Hi, I'm 37 and MH is 35; we've been trying for 9 months, but we knew pretty early on that we were likely to run into issues given a long-ago diagnosis of PCOS (which has not been confirmed since all of my male hormones are on the lowest end of normal; u/s also showed no cysts). I also got diagnosed with Hashimoto's in July, and have Luteal Phase Defect so have to take progesterone after O. MH did an at-home male fertility test back in June 2019 and although we took those results with a grain of salt, we knew that getting his tested sooner rather than later is good. 

So far we've tried 1 Clomid + IUI cycle during which MH's SA came back drastically worse than the SA he had done 3 months earlier, which we based our treatment plan on. So, for now we're doing medicated cycles while MH is getting testing through a urologist: repeat SA, physical exam to check for varicocele, and an u/s to rule out any tumors. I also ordered a Sperm DNA Fragmentation test for him. 

I'm an active participant in the TTGP community, but I figured this was also a good place to hang and ask more pointed IF questions. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
