WTF cranky old lady! As we were pulling out of my dad's condo complex on our way to the pharmacy to get more prescriptions, he got a call from the visiting nurse service. Their community exits onto a two way double wide drive way that runs between the community and a large office building. I pulled to the side and put on my hazard lights incase we needed to go back and meet the visiting nurse. A middle aged women pulled up beside me rolled down her window and started shouting at me that I wasn't in a parking spot. I explained I had just pulled to the side for a moment to take a phone call and that's why I had my hazards on. She keeps screaming that's not a parking spot, you need to move. I explained she had plenty of room to get around me (the drive is more a road, almost 3 cars wide). She yelled at me that trucks use this drive way for deliveries and I can't park there (now this is the ridiculous part because she was very concerned about the trucks that come down there, but not so concerned that she wouldn't park in their path and yell at me.) I told her I was to the side and trucks could get around me. She just kept screaming I couldn't stay there. I finally gave up, thanked her for her concern, and rolled my window back up.
Seriously lady, you have nothing better to do than yell at me for stopping for 2 minutes with my hazards on in a very wide driveway?!? WTF!!! I will also add, not a single car or truck came up or down the drive way while I was there. We probably would have moved sooner, but my dad paused his phone call to yell back at her too. Therefore, we were parked there the extra time it took for him to yell at her too. Rant over.

@DoubleUp8 ugh! I don't get people like that?! If you feel really moved to let someone know they're in a place they shouldn't be, give your horn a toot-toot and move on with your life. Don't make the situation actually hazardous by blocking up both lanes and yelling out your passenger window.
@DoubleUp8 that is a perfect WTF! I wonder sometimes what other things people like that do with their time. Like does she seek out this stuff in her daily life? Or just unleash as she happens upon some perceived wrong doing?
@DoubleUp8 was her name Karen? She sounds like the type to complain about something that is inconveniencing ONLY her and doesn't bother anybody else.
I don't mean any offense if anyone here is named Karen!
