9 month old wakes for 1-2 hours at a time

Hello,

our daughter for months now has been waking up around 3-4 am every night and is wide awake for an hour to two hours, then goes back to sleep until 7. We put her to bed at 7, she sleeps two hours for naps, at 10am for an hour and 2pm for another hour. We have tried to shift her bed time later, earlier, longer naps, shorter naps, one nap. Nothing stops it.

please, any advice is welcomed here.

Also, if our daughter does not wake for 1-2 hours she is awake at 5am.

Our went through this, too, around 7-8 months (almost 9 months now). It seemed to be a phase related to motor milestones (she was pulling up to stand at the time). She goes back to sleep more quickly now and doesn’t usually wake up before dawn (though it’s always possible!). Hang in there. Solidarity
