Husband/Partner Appreciation Post

I know we have a lot of complaining around here with pains, sleepless nights and Covid. How about a post to praise our Husbands/Partners with something nice they've done and/or how they're regularly dealing with us and everything!

I usually go to the grocery store once a week, buy my H volunteered to go this morning after dropping of DD at daycare. I had cookies and ice cream on the list, and he came home with 4 different cookies and 3 different ice cream bars. MVP right here!!

We just got a new car recently and wanted to get a trailer hitch put on. At first my husband really wanted to install it himself but he eventually found a place that would do it for $135 and he had them do it! It's out of character for him to spend money to have something done he could do, but it would have been stressful and time-consuming for him so I'm grateful we just got it done!

Although DH is working 9 hours away 7 days a week 16 hour days he still takes 10-15min out of every day to call me and check in on me/ text me though the day and it means a lot to me! It’s been hard doing this in my own and he has been very empathetic!

Love my H so much! Even though I do complain about him. He has totally been on board and supportive of all of my crazy baby planning, home renovations, moving of furniture and things from room to room and has not judged or verbalized any hesitation around my excessive maternity clothes & baby shopping hobby. All of that alone is enough to praise him BUT the ring with a December birthstone he gave me for my bday was possibly the most thoughtful and sweet thing he’s ever done. 🥰🥰🥰

I'm not sure how I would survive this pregnancy without DH!  He gets up with DD every morning so I can get an extra 1/2 hour of sleep, and he's put in a ton of time with our finances to make sure we can comfortably cover both girls in daycare and build their college funds.  Most recently, he did morning and evening daycare pickup because it was raining and I just couldn't deal

Mine is just the rock of stability that I need. I can always depend on him for whatever I need. Now we just need to see if he can function on sleep depravation once the new guy gets here, that's always the REAL test
