@autumn87654321 I feel like this baby is regularly trying to bust out of my belly button. It's darn right painful at times!

@laurenspdx hang in there! We went a whole month and are finally seeing blue skies again!

We have a monthly team meeting among 12 team members globally and we create an agenda that we all submit topics to. The topics usually have to do with broad issues we can all benefit from discussing. 1 person on our team monopolized 55 of our 60
minute meeting on a single question/issue that she had about a very specific detail in a project she’s on. We all tried to help her but it just wasn’t going anywhere and she wouldn’t move on. She’s also more senior so no one could tell her to table the topic for another time. She then took the last 5 minutes to talk about a 2nd item she wanted to raise but she didn’t get to finish because we ran out of time. No one else got to speak about their agenda items, including me, and now we all have to wait another month to raise team wide issues in a collective forum. it was so frustrating and the wrong place for her questions. I def forgot I was on video at points, and my boss told me my body language looked obviously annoyed. Haha! Whoops.

@shelmcclel that's awful! Doesn't the meeting have a facilitator to move things along? That was always my job during meetings

@shelmcclel not getting through an agenda is a big pet peeve of mine!  It's a big pain in the butt to keep dragging things to the next meeting.

@willashbaby the head of our team had to miss it at the last minute. Was super duper frustrating 

I ended up sending an email about my topic which has spurned like a wild chain so now I’m sure everyone’s annoyed at the email overload!
