Negative after positive

Does anybody have experience with a negative test after a positive that didn't end in miscarriage? Pregnancy symptoms are as strong as ever, even getting stronger. Had a negative test almost a week ago and another a few days ago.

    It could be the result of the hook effect.  Basically there is too much HCG and it overwhelms the test resulting in a false negative.  I would stop taking the tests (that would make me more anxious seeing the negatives) and just wait to see your doctor at your first appointment.  If you are super nervous, you can call your doctor and get bloodwork drawn.

    I advise you to see a doctor, get tested. You will know for sure what it is.
