Baby Rash On Face and Stomach

My 5 month old has a very scaley and dry rash on his face and all over his stomach. Unfortunately, due to covid, the doctor offices are all closed. I thought it might be eczema and got some of the Aveeno Eczema Cream for it, but it made it worse. Help.

Are you breaat feeding still or trying new baby foods? Could be something the baby is eating and having an allergy towards. Maybe talk with the doctor about an allergy test and elimate allergens like dairy and eggs if youre breast feeding
