Plan B scare 2020

I will keep this brief - I had my period July 4th-10th then I had unprotected sex July 15th no plan b taken (I was not ovulating) - then I had unprotected sex July 18th and I took a plan the next evening July 19th. I started bleeding with cramps approximately July 24th -30th. I had sex again August 17th (he pulled out twice Perfectly)... I did not have a period at all in August and still nothing as of today yet 9/6 I’m experiencing mild cramps no nausea or anything. I took two pregnancy test in August (cannot remember the dates exactly but both were negative. Should I test again now or just wait? My period is completely thrown off.
