Constant yeast infection.

I am currently 30 weeks with baby #3.  I have two boys, both easy pregnancies.  This one is a girl and she is giving me a run for my money.  I started having symptoms of a yeast infection mid July.  They suggested monistat 7 and that didn't work so I went on another cream for 7 days.  Symptoms subsided but still didn't fully go away so they did a swab to see if it was BV.  Came back as a yeast infection so I got put on a cream again for 3 days, still having issues.  The same day I got the results for the infection I found out I was anemic and started iron pills.  Has anyone had issues with yeast infections not seeming to want to go away?  Any advice? I see my doc this coming week.
