Anyone else losing weight in the third trimester?

I've lost 10 lbs in the last month and I'm at 29 weeks. My Dr said my babies growth is about 5 weeks behind when she measured my stomach. I'm petite to begin with so I'm wondering how accurate the measuring of my stomach really is since the PA who did my last measurement had a difficult time getting an accurate measurement because my stomach was so tight. They have ordered another growth scan US. Just curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this and how it turned out
