Reflux baby coughing all of the time?

Hi ladies - wondering if you’ve been dealing with this - my baby has reflux and is super spitup-y and has always had this cough from it. It’s become more frequent as her reflux flares up and now that she’s drooling a ton. Now though it seems if I pick her up the wrong way or lay her on tummy for tummy time she coughs!? Anyone else experienced this? She just had her 4 month check up today and dr said her lungs sound fine but I’m worried...
