Should I take another test?

I’m 18 dpo and 5 day’s late on my period. I think I ovulated late, but I kept track of my temp and I’m pretty sure I did ovulate. Also no symptoms of period or pregnancy. I took a test Tuesday which was negative, then I saw spotting on my sheets Wednesday, so I took another test today which was negative. I can’t think of a reason why my period would be late except for stress, and maybe everything takes a while to get back in rhythm after having a baby? I had a baby a year ago and had first period a month ago after stopping the mini pill. How long do I wait before taking action either calling a doctor or take another test?
