Hi! Is anyone else here use the Peloton app and/or bike or tread?
I’m a big fan and would love to share favorite workouts and maybe even do some rides together!
I took a pause for a few weeks, because I was feeling awful, but starting doing some prenatal yoga classes this week and it. Is. GLORIOUS. Highly recommend.
Today I did an outdoor fun walk to get moving again and it honestly really helped and made me feel better. I’m looking forward to getting back into regular exercise.

I have really been on the struggle bus with my rides! I finally pushed myself to hop on for 20 min last night but before last night I hadn't done a ride Friday. Really hoping to stay on the bike throughout this pregnancy but fatigue is kicking my butt right now!
