Another feel good story - DH sent out a survey to the robotics team to see who would want to meet in person, who would want to stay virtual, and who would want to do both. I marked both so I could have the freedom to be around or not and in the comments section noted (as vaguely as possible since he's not going to be the only person seeing all the responses) that I'd go full virtual depending on certain situations, aka when I get KU to minimize my risk. We had already talked about this earlier in the week so he already knew this plan. Well I was by his desk a little while after taking that survey and he had people's names in columns of their choices and I noticed he had put my name under Virtual instead of Both. When I asked him about it he said he put me under full virtual attendance because he's hoping for the best! *Cue tug at heartstrings* The May Hype is strong with him!

Not to rehash, but was I the only one who read the "breeder" comment and instantly thought, "oh, so you're a dude." It just struck me as the kind of comment some 15-year-old troll makes, absolutely nonsensical. Plus the user name was a dead giveaway that she(he?) was up to no good from the beginning. Catching up on the latest drama, because it's a slow work day...

Y'all I'm officially done with my coursework for my social and cultural diversity class and based on my current grades I'll end the term for that class with a 95%! The absolute lowest grade I'll get in my psychological assessment class will be a 94% but I fully expect it to be higher than that MEANING I'm on track for a 4.0 semester!!! I'm so happy to almost be done with this term. I get a three week break after this! Just need to get two more assignments in!

In reality it's more like I spend WAAAAY too much time on TB commenting and should spend my time actually working , but this place is my happy place and DH loves how involved I am here.

My original response was "OMG LADY" but changed it up. One of these days I'm going to throw a "Ma'am!" at someone haha

Random question: do you all google and save your gifs for on here? My gif keyboard doesn’t work on here and it’s just sad!

@chindimples04 I usually use my computer but yes, if you save it to your camera roll you can then post it from your app like a photo and it should work.

@legallykate I was so close to just saying "no" cuz seriously, that's not even close, why would they even think that was positive... or actually, I assumed the line on the right was the control line. I suppose that's what the test line could look like for really really strong positives which I've had a few times.

@bbrahmbhatt I swear with the HPTs nobody actually reads them within the window. I'm pretty sure some have come here saying they forgot about it on their bathroom counter and looked at it an hour after taking it.

@bbrahmbhatt my ass doesn't leave the toilet seat for those 5 minutes because I'm too afraid to look at it beyond making sure it's going across the window Once the 5 minutes is up I'll still keep my eyes away while I'm washing my hands. Man am I a wimp. I guess that's what happens when you're going on 3+ years  I would never ever watch a test from the moment I dip it unless I had already gotten a BFP.

@inthewoods23 You're not a wimp! I don't watch it either, I usually peruse instagram in the bathroom. That 5 minutes is like the last window of anticipation/hope so I always have mixed feelings about looking, but I definitely don't ever leave the bathroom without looking.

@inthewoods23 I'm definitely a test watcher but there are also definitely days that if there's not immediately a line I just throw it away. I don't even wait to look for a faint line once it's done processing. I dunno, I guess it just makes it easier for me to deal with a BFN if I can just get it over with.
