Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Baby doesn't nap at daycare, please help!

My baby is 11 months old now and returned to daycare 3 weeks ago since they closed mid-March due to COVID. She is only napping there once a day, and not long periods. The other day they recorded her nap for a total of 4 minutes! But for the most part, 10-15 mins is the average at daycare. She hasn't slept longer than 20 mins there in the last 3 weeks. I just feel like that can't be good for her development, 10 mins of sleep for the whole day is like nothing. Not only am I worried about her development, but then she's also super fussy and tired when she gets home. We don't get a chance to get much good bonding time before she's just inconsolable, and that has been making me really sad. Before we pulled her out of daycare in March, she was around 7 months old and she started daycare at 3 months. Even during that 4 month period when she attended it, she never napped well at daycare, maybe 2-3 times but usually not longer than like 20 mins at a time. The older she got (closer to the 5-7 month mark) her naps went down to 1-2 times a day, again sometimes only 20 mins a day.

She has always been a great sleeper at home since she was born, even now during the weekends and the one day a week that she doesn't go to day care (she only goes 4 days of the week), she naps and sleeps like clockwork almost. She usually wakes up around 630, will take a morning nap around 830-9ish, lasting anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours. Then she'll take an afternoon nap around 1ish, again anywhere between 45 mins to 1.5 hours. Her second nap usual varies based on how long the first one was. And then she usually goes to bed around 730-8pm. Then she will sleep through the whole night (90% of the time), and wake up again around 630am the next day. She has had this schedule for the past 3-4 months, and still does it on days she's not at daycare. Does anyone have any good tips to try or things we can ask the daycare to try? We still don't put blankets in her crib since she is still not quite a year old, and her day care won't allow that either, so please no suggestions for blankets that smell like home.
